I am a Mindfulness and Meditation guide and qualified Hypnotherapist, offering one off or regular sessions to schools and businesses. Sessions and courses are tailored to your individual needs.

Having previously worked as a CEO myself and being the mother of 4 children, I know first hand the stress that employees, leaders and children at school face each day. Learning Mindfulness and Meditation changed my life and brought me so much joy and calm that I was inspired to teach others the art of living in the present and finding one's own inner peace.
